The ClauseKeeper Compliance Badge
A verified, tamper-proof trust marker you earn by scanning — not a graphic anyone can copy. It shows visitors your policies were independently checked against current 2026 standards, with the date of verification baked in.
What it looks like
Sample only — a real badge is issued after a scan and reads “Verified · <date>”.
Notice the SAMPLE marker. Only a verified badge — issued from a genuine scan and served from clausekeeper.app — carries the green “Verified” stamp. The score can’t be faked through the URL.
The grading scale
Every scan scores your policy 0–100 across 11 clause categories (including 2026 AI-disclosure) and maps to a letter grade. Here’s what each grade implies:
Current, thorough coverage incl. 2026 AI-disclosure. Minor freshness checks only.
Solid foundation but missing some 2026-critical clauses.
Notable gaps — likely not fully 2026-compliant.
Major clauses missing or outdated. Needs real work.
Little to no compliant language detected.
Run the free scanner against your live privacy policy or terms.
Your real result issues a verified badge with a unique link + date stamp.
Add it to your footer or trust page. Rescan anytime to refresh the date.
Why “verified” matters
A trust badge anyone could copy with a perfect score would be worthless — and misleading. ClauseKeeper badges are issued only from genuine scans and served from our domain by a verification ID, so the score on the badge is always the score you actually earned. That’s what makes it worth displaying.
